Chaotic Disruption
This segment was inspired by Fast Company’s February 2012 cover article entitled Generation Flux. The article addresses the unpredictable, fluid nature of the 'new normal' where the only pattern is no pattern at all. GenFlux refers to the success (and ageless) mindset that is required to deal with constant disruption. From a retail stand point, surviving the constantly evolving selling channels and the disappearance of clear lines between virtual and actual selling environments, will require retailers and manufacturers to maintain a laser like focus on their brand’s mission and core values.
