Solving problems that go beyond the client’s stated objectives is not new to STEIN. With the successful creation and rollout of the Brunswick Pavilion concept, the next strategic step seemed clear.
“We always believed that Brunswick needed to become the retailer to truly control the customer experience and optimize its valuable brand,” says Sanford Stein.
Unsolicited, Stein wrote an extensive retail blueprint and business plan, which opened the door to what ultimately became Brunswick Home & Billiard stores, the manufacturer’s successful foray into retailing. Naturally, the concept was designed by STEIN’s design team.
